Registry of land done with fake documents, complaint to police
Raipur: By preparing fake documents in village Giroud of Dharsiwa police station area, the accused got the victim's land in their name. The victim has complained about the matter to the police. On the complaint of the victim, the police have started investigation by registering a named case against the accused. The names of the accused are being told by the police as Mandeep Singh Gill, Baljit Singh Chawla and Tajendra Singh Saluj. Hectare Khasra No. 635/30 Area 0.465 Hectare Total Area 0.971 Hectare Land is registered in the name of Jyoti Agarwal. The above land was purchased from Nandi Bai Girod and Anoop Dhimar Girod in the year 2010. Jyoti did not sell this land to anyone, but she came to know that Mandeep Singh Gill has got the land in his name. Balwant Singh and Tajendra Singh Saluja have been named in the witness. On the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 34, 120B, 420, 468 and 471.
