11-year-old boy who went to perform Ganesh immersion in Snail Reservoir (Kori Dame) died due to drowning, body was recovered with the help of Kota Police and SDRF team



An 11-year-old boy who went to perform Ganesh immersion in Kota's Snail Reservoir (Kori Dame) died due to drowning. After the information, the Kota Police SDRF team and 112 reached the spot, after which the police personnel and the SDRF team started the search for the child inside the dam, after an hour the body of the 11-year-old boy was found near the Ganesh idol brought for immersion. Kota Police has sent the body to the Community Health Center.



According to the information received, young children along with young children had come to Kota's snail reservoir (Kori Dame) to immerse the idol of Ganesh ji from Para in Kota Nagar, during the immersion, Ayush Singh Tanwar, father Jayalal Singh Tanwar, aged 11 years resident of the halt. Para Kota also went inside the dam, after immersion, all the people started bathing, during which the sister of the deceased Ayush informed the rest of the people about the drowning of her brother, after which everyone started searching for her as well as informed Kota Police and Dial 112. On getting the information, Kota Police and Dial 112 reached the spot. In order to avoid any untoward incident during Ganesh Visarjan, the SDRF team is doing duty in Kori Dame from all the three. As soon as the information was received, SDRF and Kota police started searching the body. The body was found an hour after the incident. Police told that the body of Ayush was found near the idol of Ganeshji. Kota Police has kept the body in the freezer at Community Health Center Kota. Post-mortem could not be done as it was night. Ayush's post-mortem will be conducted on September 11.
