Applicant Kaushaldhish Dwivedi's father Sukhnandan Ram Dwivedi Agricultural Produce Market Balod has filed a report in the Balod police station that Shri Mahesh Traders Prof. registered trader Anil Kumar Laddha village Jamruva has a total of 64 vendors from the month of June 2019 to November 2020 in the agricultural produce market. After purchasing a total of Rs.39,97,683.00 (forty nine lakh ninety nine thousand six hundred and eighty-three only) in the middle of the year, he had escaped by deceiving the vendors by not paying the said amount.
