Taking seriously, on the date 16.09.2022, Sanket Niketan Sahu father Tesu Ram Sahu, age 22 years, came to the police station of Sakin village Manikcheri and informed that Bhaiya Ram Sahu, father Devnath Sahu, aged 56 years, hit the resident Manikchauri 2-3 times in the head with a thong. Has been hurt and is lying in the field, there is a dispute with the family of Bhaiya Ram Sahu over putting sand, ballast in the harvester, they are upset due to their complaint, on the information, we have also summoned the stop, patrol party and dial 112. Went on the spot and verified it. Bhaiya Ram Sahu's father Devnath Sahu's body was lying among the paddy in Sugan Lodhi's field, after taking out the dead body from the water in the ridge of the field, performed Panchnama by serving the summons of section 175 JFW to the Panchana, photography and videography was done. After inspecting the spot, a visual map of the incident site was prepared, after which the dead body and the accused Nikten Sahu were brought to Chuikhdan from Hikmat Amli. Accused Niketan Sahu was kept for security in the police station, the accused Niketan Sahu's father Tesu Ram, disturbed by the complaint regarding the dispute of putting sand, ballast in the engine of the Harvester engine. Brother Ram Sahu's father Devnath Sahu, age 56, was found killed by Sahu by hitting his head 2-3 times from Tangiya. Which is an offense under section 302 I.D.S. On being found to have happened, the offense was registered and taken up for investigation. During the investigation, the ax used in the incident has been confiscated from the spot on the death of accused Niketan Sahu. The clothes of the accused and the cycle used in the incident have been confiscated from the house of the accused. The used motor cycle has been confiscated while coming to the police station. Accused Niketan Sahu's father Tesu Ram Sahu age 22 years Sakin village Manikcheri police station Chhuikhadan district Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai duly arrested. Sent in court on judicial remand.
