Rapid action on dowry death by Thana Thelkadih, husband and father-in-law of newlyweds arrested
The details of the case are as follows that on 24-06-22, by the applicant Rajesh Kurre Sakin Pachpedi, Thana Thelkadih, by making a noose of a sari in a ceiling fan in his room by his newly married daughter-in-law Sangeeta Kurre, husband Shyam Kurre, age 24 After registering the report regarding death due to suicide, after establishing Marg number 27/22 Section 174 Jafa in Thana Thelkadih, the deceased being a newly married, the dead body was made PM after conducting autopsy proceedings from Executive Magistrate Khairagarh, the death of the deceased was clarified by Dr. On giving the opinion of Bisra Prizvakar chemical test without giving reason, the Prizvad Bisra was confiscated and sent for chemical test from FSL Raipur. After receiving the test report, the PM report and test report were curated from the PMkar doctor, in which the cause of death of the deceased was Sadi. The article was written to block breathing due to hanging. Understanding the seriousness of the matter, under the direction of the Superintendent of Police, Ms. Ankita Sharma and the guidance of the Additional Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Neha Pandey. On the basis of the evidence compiled by the Investigator of the newly married Marg case by Police Sub-Divisional Officer Khairagarh Shri Dinesh Sinha, it was concluded that the deceased Mrs. Sangeeta Kurre was married through her husband Shyam Kurre, mother-in-law Savita Bai Kurre and father-in-law Rajesh Kurre. After a few days of dowry, due to continuous quarreling, she started harassing her mentally and physically, due to which the deceased was disturbed and committed suicide by hanging herself from her sari at 06:30 am on the incident date 24-06-2022. Prima facie the newly married deceased's husband Shyam Kurre father Rajesh Kurre age 27 years, mother-in-law Savita Bai Kurre husband Rajesh Kurre age 40 years and father-in-law Rajesh Kurre father late. Lakhan Kurre age 48 years, all residents of village Panchpedi police station Thelkadih harassed the deceased physically and mentally in the name of dowry, on 24-09-2022 today, on 24-09-2022, crime number 233/22 Section 304B in Thana Thelkadih , 34 Bhadvi was registered and the accused in the case were immediately arrested and sent on judicial remand. In the entire above proceedings, the sub-divisional police Khairagarh Shri Dinesh Sinha, station in-charge Thelkadih Shri Komal Netam, Assistant Sub-Inspector Krishna Kumar Rai and other police station Thelkadih staff played a commendable role.
