The girl kidnapped by the police was recovered from the possession of the accused from Chandrapur Maharashtra

Under the direction of Sub-Inspector Umesh Verma, a team was formed and Souni Bali Ram Rawate, constable Krishna Kumar, female constable Asha Bharti were sent to Maharashtra along with the kin of the kidnapper. Showing great finesse and readiness by the said team, on the basis of information, the kidnapper was recovered from the possession of the accused Daemon Banjare and the kidnapped and the accused was brought to the police station Palari. On interrogation with the kidnapper, told that the accused had lured me to Maharashtra by luring me to marry me by daemon, where he had a physical relationship with me, in the case section 366, (a) 376 Bhadvi 4,6 POCSO Act added The accused Dimon Banjare was arrested today on 05.09.2022 and was presented on judicial remand in the Honorable Special Court, Balodabazar and was sent to jail.
