The accused who sexually exploited on the promise of marriage was arrested by Ratanpur police in a few hours.

Ratanpur... the applicant/victim came to the police station and filed a report that Ashish Nirmalkar, a resident of the village, used to come to my house on some pretext or the other. Due to which there was a love affair between us. By offering me marriage through Ashish, he kept having physical relations with me again and again for the last 01 years. And not married yet and I am categorically denying marriage when I talk about marriage at present.

On that report, the crime was established in Ratanpur police station and taken up for investigation. Due to the crime related to women, the police station in-charge Ratanpur took quick action, sent the team from the police station and laid siege to the house of the accused Ashish Nirmalkar resident of Ranigaon and arrested the accused in a few hours and sent the accused on judicial remand.
