Case of kidnapping and raping a minor girl in police station Ranchirai area, minor girl and accused were arrested from Surat Gujarat

The brief description of the case is as follows that on 02.08.2022, the accused Pushpendra Kumar Chandrakar alias Durgesh father Rajkumar Chandrakar, age 22 years, Sakin Gorkapar, police station Gundardehi, District Balod (Chhattisgarh), police station Ranchirai area, was arrested by an unknown person. Crime number 91/2022 section 363 Id. against unknown accused on 02.08.2022 on the report of the parent of the kidnapper of kidnapping by luring him. Registered. For the detection of the accused, the cyber cell kept doing technical checks of various mobile numbers by Balod, due to the tireless efforts of the cyber cell Balod, on discovering the poor location Surat Gujarat, immediately under the guidance of Mr. Jitendra Kumar Yadav and Mr. Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Harish Rathore, Mr. Police Sub-Divisional Officer Mr. Gundardehi S.S. Under the supervision of Maurya and under the leadership of police station in-charge Sub Inspector Yaman Kumar Devangan, the team was immediately sent to Surat Gujarat on 16.10.2022. Minor kidnapper and accused Pushpendra Kumar Chandrakar alias Durgesh father Rajkumar Chandrakar, age 22 years, Sakin Gorkapar , along with Thana Gundardehi, District Balod (Chhattisgarh) was brought to Police Station Ranchirai District Balod on 20.10.2022. On interrogation of the girl by the female officer, she was lured away by the accused and told to forcefully have a physical relationship, on which in the case section 366, 376 (2) (n) 376 (3) Id. 4,5(l)6/PACSO Act added. The accused Pushpendra Kumar Chandrakar alias Durgesh father Rajkumar Chandrakar, age 22 years, Sakin Gorkapar, Thana Gundardehi, District Balod (Chhattisgarh) was duly arrested at 15.40 on 21.10. Presented and sent on judicial remand
