It was emphasized by the Inspector General of Police that there are many such cases related to the police station / post in which there is a problem in getting information from any other department. If the information / documents are not available on time, then such cases should be necessarily shared in the time-limit meeting (TL meeting) organized by the collector and working in coordination ensured the resolution of the cases. Special emphasis was laid by the Inspector General of Police that the crimes related to women and children pending in the district should be resolved within the prescribed time limit of 60 days and SC / ST cases must be resolved within 30 days. In the cases under the Victim Compensation Scheme by the Director General of Police, the cases of relief to the victims are resolved with special interest, as well as coordinating with the District Legal Services Authority and getting the compensation amount approved as soon as possible and directed to ensure that necessary action is taken to make it available to the victims.
