The whole matter is such that
After suffering pain to the unmarried victim, she was immediately admitted to Pandadah Hospital where the victim gave birth to a baby.
Immediately after taking cognizance of the matter with the alertness of the hospital and the promptness of the police, an FIR was lodged by locking the relatives of the victim, on the report of the applicant, the crime in the police station Gatapar
Registered and taken up for consideration. Accused Manoj Dhurve, who has been residing in Nagpur for 15-20 years, had come in contact with the victim in a marriage ceremony in the victim's village about 9-months ago, and used to seduce and become physically related, after that escaped to Nagpur. The accused was arrested on 11.11.2022 on the date 11.11.2022 for having committed the act of the said offense section and on judicial remand by presenting the accused before the Hon'ble Court, Additional Chief Court, Khairagarh, as the case was non-bailable. Sub Jail Saloni has been filed. In the above proceedings, SI Priyanka Paikra police station Khairagarh Souni Jaimal Uike, P.R. 1335 Manoj Sahu, R. 1771 Jayakumar, 1381 Suryakumar Sahu, 1327 Premsagar Bandhav had a commendable contribution.
