Janjgir Champa - Akaltara police arrested the accused of cheating in the name of employment and produced him in the court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
In this regard, according to the information received from the police media group, the applicant Ramlal Adile, a resident of Podi Dalha, filed a report in the Akaltara police station on December 28, that in March 2017, in the name of getting a job in police recruitment, his cousin Amrit Kumar, resident of Kotmi Sonar 5,35,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Thirty Five Thousand) and 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh) from the applicant by the accused Prashant Kumar Dahria in the name of getting a job in class-02 Swami Atmanand School Balod Chhattisgarh. Taken in 2021. When both did not get jobs, on demanding money, the accused started evasive and the amount was not returned. On the report of the applicant, Section 420 Bhadvi was framed against Prashant Kumar Dahria alias Prashann alias Pappu, resident of village Dhardehi police station Shivrinarayan and taken into consideration. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the accused Prashant Kumar Dahria, aged 36 years, resident of Dhardehi police station, Shivrinarayan, was taken into police custody and accepted for having committed the incident on questioning in connection with the incident. The accused was arrested by the Akaltara police and produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand. Uni Omprakash Kurre, Sauni Anil Tiwari, constables Pradeep Dubey, Girish Kashyap and Virendra Bhaina had a commendable contribution in arresting the accused.
