Sakti - The accused who physically abused a minor girl in Punjab after abducting her on the pretext of marriage was finally arrested by the Adbhar Chowki police and produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
Giving detailed information in this regard, sub-inspector in-charge Adbhar post Yogesh Patel told Arvind Tiwari that the applicant present at the post under Chowki Adbhar area on 26 November 2022 filed a report that his minor girl was seduced by an unknown person on 24 November 2022. has been kidnapped. On the report of the applicant, crime number 338/2022, section 363 of Bhadvi was registered and taken into consideration in Chowki Adbhar police station, Malkharoda. In view of the seriousness of the incident, upon receiving information about the kidnapper being in Ludhiana (Punjab), the Superintendent of Police, Mr. MR. Ahire (I.P.S.), Additional Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Gayatri Singh, station in-charge, Mr. Praveen Rajput was immediately informed. Got it done On being instructed by the senior officials to take prompt action and arrest the accused after finding out the identity of the abductor and the accused, a team was sent to Ludhiana (Punjab) from the outpost under his guidance. Sufficient evidence was found against the accused in the case to have committed the crime of Section Sadar, he was duly arrested and produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
