Two accused arrested in case of incest with minor

Surguja - In the case of incest with a minor, the Sitapur police recovered the minor in a few hours and arrested two accused and sent them to judicial custody amid continuous action in the cases of minor harassment by Surguja Police's campaign "Gunj".

                   In this regard, according to the information received from the police department, the applicant came to Sitapur police station regarding the missing of her granddaughter and lodged a written complaint that Rohit Minj and Bimlesh Khes took her granddaughter on a motorcycle on December 22, which till date Haven't come back home. Immediately on the complaint of the applicant, sections 363, 366 of Bhadvi. The crime was registered and taken into consideration. Taking immediate cognizance of the incident, under the continuous guidance of Inspector General of Police, Surguja Range, Ram Gopal Garg (BPF), under the direction of Superintendent of Police, Surguja, Smt. was directed. In the same sequence, under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police Vivek Shukla, Sub-Divisional Officer of Police Sitapur Dhruvesh Jaiswal, station in-charge Sitapur Sub-Inspector Shishirkant Singh and the police team recovered the victim minor from the possession of the accused and interrogated. The victim was lured by Rohit Minj and Bimlesh Khes Sakin Jamdih Sitapur and told about continuous incest by both the accused. When the accused Rohit Minj and Vimlesh Khes of the immediate case were interrogated in relation to the incident, the accused confessed to seducing the minor and committing incest with the victim by both the accused. Immediately Sadar Section 376 (d) Bhadvi. And by adding Section 5(l), 6 of the Posco Act, after finding crime evidence, he was arrested and sent to judicial custody.
