*Details -* On 04.03.2023, the applicant Santram Nishad resident of Salhaitola police station Dongargaon came to the police station and filed a report that for irrigation, we farmer brothers of village Salhe, Salhai and Pangri had installed total 09 motor motors at different places in their respective fields. The pump has been stolen by an unknown thief in the night of 03.03.2023, on the report of which crime was established and taken into consideration. Information about the incident was immediately given to the senior officers. In view of the seriousness of the matter, on the direction of Senior Superintendent of Police, District Rajnandgaon, Mr. Abhishek Meena, Additional Superintendent of Police, Rajnandgaon, Mr. Lakhan Patle and Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Neha Verma. In order to arrest the accused in the case, the police team left for the informer. On the basis of the evidence found at the place of inquiry and the incident, the suspects who could have executed the incidents of theft were being monitored. In this sequence, on hearing the activities of the suspects and some vandalism from their house, immediately the police team laid siege to the house of the suspects. On the spot, Raj Telasi's father Dharmendra Telasi age 20 years, Nikki Markam father Baisakhu Markam age 20 years, both residents of ward no. After taking both the suspects in police custody and questioning them wisely, on 02.03.2023, the accused in their private vehicle No. CG08 A.V. 3735 and No. C.G.04 D.G. From 9177, after going to village Salhe, Salhai, Pangri, the farmers were told to come at different places after seeing the pumps installed for irrigation in Shivnath river and Chando canal. On the second day, in the night of 03.03.2023, both the accused stole 09 pumps installed by the farmers and brought them home by their motor cycle with screwdrivers and ransacked them to remove the binding copper fitted in the stolen 09 motor pumps. It was told to hide in a sack. Nine motor pumps were stolen from the possession of the accused in broken condition and two motor cycles and screwdrivers and hammer used in the incident were seized and taken to the police. The accused Raj Telsi, Nikki Markam are arrested on 05.03.2023 and sent on judicial remand after the act of the accused is found to be of section Sadar. Inspector Bharat Bareth, Souni 0 Vijay Sahu, Ishwar Yadav, R 0 Chowa Lal Yadav, R 0 Deepak Kumar Bhoi, Kaushal Sudhakar, Dharmendra Singh have made special contribution in the entire proceedings.
