The accused of illegal felling of forest was caught and sent to jail

Bilaspur - Under the guidance of Bilaspur Kumar Nishant Divisional Forest Officer Bilaspur and Sunil Kumar Bachchan, Deputy Forest Divisional Officer Bilaspur, illegally felling teak and other mixed species in room number 2553 protected forest area of Sodakhurd complex of Banabel circle under Ratanpur Forest Inspectorate accused of trespassing

1. Mr. Jivrakhan s/o Manharan Yadav age 30 years Sakin Sodakhurd

2. Suraj Kumar father Bansilal Soni age 35 years village Sodakhurd and

3.Ballu alias Patitaram father Budhram age 35 years village Lohadia

Under this, a judicial remand application was presented before the Honorable Court, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kargi Road, Kota, where after deliberation in connection with the case, the three accused were sent to jail on judicial remand for 14 days.
