The details of the case are as follows that on June 14, 2022, information was given by village Kotwar in the police station Gurur that the decomposed body of the deceased Kumari Bai Dhimar was lying dead in her house. When it appeared to be a case of murder, an informer was installed in the village camped by the team in village Bohardih area. The CCTV footage of the incoming and outgoing roads was checked and after closely interrogating the villagers, the deceased used to live alone in the village. His son Akash Dhimar lives in Dhamtari, who used to quarrel with his mother every day. On interrogating the accused Akash Dhimar, the son of the deceased who was suspected earlier, there was a dispute about not giving ration to his mother and after the death of the husband, the accused did not like the mother's roaming with other men and the date 11 June On the night of 2022, he entered his Mo's house in Gam Bohardih by breaking the door and hitting his mother's throat with a sharp knife kept in the side and killed her. Accused Akash Kumar Dhimar has confessed to causing the incident. The knife used in the incident and the blood-stained clothes worn at the time of the incident have been confiscated from the possession of the accused.
