Ratanpur
On 19/08/2022, information was received by the police station Ratanpur from the informer that a person in Kahrapara Ratanpur was selling country-made liquor illegally in his paan cart. On that information, a person was selling liquor in his shop at the place mentioned by the informer in Kahrapara Ratanpur after reaching the spot by the Ratanpur police. After raiding the cart, the police seized 50 pav of country-made liquor, valuable 4000 rupees. On interrogation, his name was told to be Sunil Kahra's father Anandram Kahra, age 35 years resident of Kahrapara Ratanpur. And he was not told to have any kind of document related to the possession of liquor. On being found to have committed the offense of Excise Act against the accused, after bringing the accused to the police station from the spot and registering the crime, the accused was sent on judicial remand.
