Brief description of the case - Today on 31.10.2022, the applicant Vedanta Singh, father Lal Rajiv Singh, age 29 years, filed a report with Sakin Raj Family Khairagarh that Sunil Tamang, father of Chhong Tamang Hall, resident of Old Bus Stand Khairagarh, for drinking alcohol from the applicant at around 20.30. When asked for money, he got angry and started abusing him by taking out the knife kept in his pocket and threatening to kill him by hurting the left side of the stomach of the applicant, when he was intervened by the companions of the present applicant. The accused ran away from him that on the report, the crime number 678/22 against the accused in the police station Khairagarh was taken up for investigation by establishing section 294,323,506,327. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the incident was reported to the senior officers. Keeping in view the ongoing incident, Mr. Superintendent of Police Mr. Ms. Ankita Sharma (IPS), under the guidance of Mr. Additional Superintendent of Police Neha Pandey and under the direction of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Mr. Lalchand Mohale and in-charge of Station Khairagarh Rajesh Kumar Sahu. Under the leadership, the police station Khairagarh continued to tighten the legal grip on the people of criminal nature, during the investigation, the accused knifeman Sunil Tamang, father Chong Tamang, besieged his house at the old bus stand Khairagarh and took the accused into police custody and took an iron knife. After accepting his crime after taking a strict interrogation by taking possession of the police, the accused has been arrested and sent on judicial remand on the orders of Hon'ble Court Khairagarh. In the above proceedings, the commendable work of Suni Birendra Chandrakar, Principal constable 793 Tejan Singh, constable 660 Duleshwar Sahu, constable 1464 Kanta Kusre posted in police station Khairagarh was commendable.
