On receipt of information on 26.10.2022 from the relatives of the minor girl in connection with the abduction of a minor girl by an unknown person in village Karhikchar of Belgahna, Belgahna outpost area, crime number 870 / 2022 section in the outpost Belgahna police station Kota. The offense of 363 Bhadvi was registered and taken up for investigation. During the investigation, the Belgahna police had received information from the informer about the accused running away with the girl and being in Mehmadpur district, Prayagraj, U.P. To take action on the said information, Mr. Umani and Senior Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police, Rural and Sub-Divisional Police Officer Kota, informed the officers guidance. In the Belgahna police, an immediate team was constituted for the recovery of the girl and the arrest of the accused and sent to Uttar Pradesh. Taking quick action in the said case, Belgahna police recovered the girl child from the possession of accused Rakesh Gandharva from Mehmadpur district Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, while taking legal action, during the investigation, the accused Rakesh Gandharva father Ram Singh Gandharva, age 22 Sal Sakin Kekradih Kholipara Outpost Belgahna Police Station Kota District Bilaspur has been arrested on 01.11.2022 and sent to judicial custody. After registering the crime by Belgahna police, taking quick action, the accused has been arrested from Digar state. Principal constable Rajeshwar Sai, constable Ishwar Netam, has been a special contribution of the said action post Belgahna.
