Accused of raping a minor girl after abducting her lodged in jail

Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai- District's Chhuikhadan police arrested the accused under Paxo Act in the case of kidnapping and raping a minor girl and produced him in the court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand. On the other hand, in the second case, Chhuikhadan police is taking preventive action against two accused involved in betting and gambling.


                        Dialogue in this regard - According to the information received from the police media group, the applicant lodged a report on 03 April 22 that his minor girl, aged 15 years, 11 months and 17 days, was abducted by an unknown person by allurement. On the report of the applicant, crime number 118/22, section 363 of Bhadas was registered in police station Chhuikhadan. Registered and taken into consideration. The kidnapping of the case and the address of the unknown accused was being sought. In relation to which the Honorable Superintendent of Police, Ms. Ankita Sharma (BHP), District KCG and Additional Superintendent of Police, Mrs. Neha Pandey and Sub-Divisional Officer of Police, Khairagarh Lalchand Mohle, gave important guidelines for the investigation of the sensitive matter related to women, and recovered the minor girl soon. Tax was directed to arrest the accused. In compliance of which, on the information of the informer, under the guidance of a senior officer, on 06 December 22, the victim was recovered from village Tendua Navapara Bemetara from Durgesh Yadav. Later the statement of the girl was made to the lady police officer. On confirmation of rape of a minor girl in the case by adding sections 366A, 376, 376(2) (n) Bhadas Section 4, 5J(ii), 6 Poxo Act accused Durgesh Yadav father Bhawant Yadav age 20 years resident Tendua Navapara Police Station and District Bemetara Chhattisgarh was arrested today and produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand. Inspector Jitendra Banjare, station in-charge Chhuikhadan, Sauni Ramnaresh Adil, head constable Kamlesh Srivastava, female head constable Shimla Usare, constable Vinod Porte, female constable Jhamit Thakur played an important role in this entire process.


Two accused involved in betting arrested


In the second case, a campaign to completely ban gambling and speculation is being run under the direction of Superintendent of Police Ms. Ankita Sharma (BHP) and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Neha Pandey and Police Sub-Divisional Officer Khairagarh Lalchand Mohle. In connection with which the team formed by the Superintendent of Police, KCG and the joint team of Police Station Chhuikhadan, on the information of the informer, accused Sahil Khan father Samar Khan, age 25, resident of Chhuikhadan Police Station Chhuikhadan, district KCG, was caught writing a satta patti in Mutton Market Chhuikhadan. After seizing Rs 1600 from the accused Sahil Khan, betting strip and cash, the accused was arrested under section 4(a) of the Gambling Act and crime was registered in the police station Chhuikhadan. Similarly, in another case, accused Faraj Khan father Zakir Khan, age 32, resident of Pathan Para Chhuikhadan police station Chhuikhadan, was caught writing speculative strips in Mutton Market Chhuikhadan. After seizing Rs 1400 from the accused, the betting strip and cash, the accused was arrested under Section 4(a) of the Gambling Act and the crime was registered in the police station Chhuikhadan and against both the accused separately under Section 151, 107, 116(3) of the DPR. Action was taken. In the said action, Murli Singh Baghel, Sauni Talesh Singh, head constable Ganpat Nayak, constable Vinod Porte, Shishupal, Tribhuvan Yadu, Chandra Vijay Singh and Kamalkant Sahu made notable contributions.
