Janjgir Champa - The Champa police arrested both the accused and presented them in the court, from where they were sent to jail on judicial remand. .
Disclosing this blind murder, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Anil Soni told reporters in the auditorium of the Superintendent of Police office that applicant Anil Ratre lodged a report at Champa police station on December 07, 2022 that he is the councilor of Ward No. 13 Ghoghara Nala Champa. On December 7, around nine in the morning, it was learned from the people of the locality that Palabai Sanwara, who lives in front of the community hall, was lying dead inside her house. Then the applicant first came near the para community building and saw that the door of the deceased's house was closed, which opened on pushing. Going inside, Palabai was lying in a well-groomed condition on the cot inside the house. Palabai had died and her body was lying on the cot. There was a blood stain on the saree near the neck, blanket, saree and pot were lying on the cot. Palabai Sanwara has died under suspicious circumstances. Seeing the injury on Palabai's neck, prima facie it appeared to have been killed by an unknown person by hitting her with a sharp weapon, crime number 555/22 Section 302 Bhadvi was registered against the unknown accused in Police Station Champa and taken into consideration. Keeping in view the seriousness of the case, the unknown accused were being traced. During the investigation, information was received from the informer that Sujit Yadav and Aman Kenwat were involved in the said incident, then both the suspects were taken into police custody and interrogated psychologically. During interrogation, the accused told that they had entered the house of the deceased to commit theft, they told to kill her by stabbing her in the throat by pressing her mouth because the deceased woke up and recognized her. Accused Sujit Kumar, the knife used in the incident and his clothes were stained with blood and 01 piece of bronze plate and 01 piece of Maliya and accused Aman Kenwat were stolen from the stolen items, 01 piece of bronze plate and 01 piece of bowl and the deceased. Gas card, pass book, ration card have been presented and the accused were told to spend the total 1200 rupees stolen by them. Section 460, 34 Bhadvi was added during the discussion in the case. Accused Sujit Kumar Yadav, age 23, resident of Third Para Ghogharanala and Aman Kenwat, age 19, resident of Adhura Chowk, Beldar Para Champa, were arrested by the police and produced in the court, from where both the accused were sent to jail on judicial remand. Inspector Manish Singh Parihar, Uni Bhuvaneshwar Prasad Tiwari, Nagesh Tiwari, Sauni Belsajjar Lakda, Ramprasad Baghel, Head Constable Rakesh Tiwari, Ajay Chaturvedi, Constable Rohit Kahra, Ishwari Rathore and Makhan Sahu had special contribution in solving the mystery of this blind murder.
