Attention was given and all such pending cases were reviewed and directed to resolve them in a time-bound manner. Immediate redressal should be done by taking special interest. The Superintendents of Police were directed to restrain the police station/outpost in-charges to ensure that the work of the police station/outpost is well organized, and that there is no misbehavior with the people coming to the station/outpost. The matters of women, children and weaker sections, communal matters should be taken seriously and immediate action should be taken. Immediate action should be taken on the reports and complaints of the general public. In order to reduce road accidents, necessary technical improvements should be made at identified accident spots (black spots/grey spots). Instructions were given to take effective action under the Motor Vehicles Act against vehicles parked haphazardly on highways and main roads. Ensure 100% service of summons/warrants in the districts.
