A report was lodged by the applicant in Chilfi police station of Kabirdham district today-22.12.2022 at 8:30 am that Dashrath Yadav father late Ramayadav, living in Yadav Tola Chilfi, aged 50 years, beat his second wife Seema Yadav with iron on the head. K has run away after killing him with a heavy object like a rod. Immediately on the information of the police station in-charge Chilfi, the police team was sent to the spot and the information about the said incident was given to the senior officers of the district. On which under the direction of Kabirdham Superintendent of Police Dr. Lal Umed Singh and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Manisha Thakur Raote and Sub-Divisional Officer of Police Bodla Mr. Jagdish Uike, station in-charge Chilfi inspected the scene closely and took appropriate action against the accused in the police station. Crime No. 40/2022 Section-302 Bhadvi was registered and taken into consideration and a special team was formed to find the address of the accused and sent for address search. Keep the iron rod like object inside your house and hide it behind the folding bed. Which was seized by presenting it before the police team in front of the witnesses. On which the police team has duly taken action against the accused and presented them before the Hon'ble Court and sent them on judicial remand. In the above proceedings, on the instructions of the senior officers of the district, under the efficient leadership of the police station in-charge Chilfi Inspector Mr. Vikas Baghel, the head constables Uma Shankar Nag, Mahesh Pandey, Gokul Sonkar, constables Ramnarayan, Santosh Barve, Gajendra Ratre, Sushant Patel, Mohammad Hasnain, Hirdesh Singh had a commendable contribution.
