On 04.12.2022, the applicant himself appeared in police station Kawardha and filed a written report that Shatruhan Dhurve father Dhanuy Dhurve of the locality, age 45 years, address ward no. On the report of molesting after catching and threatening to kill, the crime number-902/22 Section 452,354,506 Bhadvi was registered and taken into consideration in police station Kawardha. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Mr. Superintendent of Police, Dr. Under the guidance of Lal Umed Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Manisha Thakur Rawate and under the direction of Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Sanjay Dhruv, the police team was immediately dispatched to the spot, taking action under the leadership of Station House Officer Inspector MB Patel. During the investigation of the case, accused Shatruhan Dhruve's father Dhanuy Dhruve was arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Court within a few hours, from where the accused was sent to jail on judicial remand.
