15 pow country plain liquor was seized from the possession of another accused

A total of 47 paua country plain liquor worth Rs 3760/- was seized from the accused.

Description- Mr. Superintendent of Police Kawardha Mr. Dr. Lal Umend Singh and Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Manisha Thakur Rawte and Police Sub-Divisional Officer Pandariya Mr. Pankaj Kumar Patel have directed all the station in-charges to take action effectively to curb crime. To effectively curb this, information is being continuously collected by the station in-charges in their area that on 08.11.2022 information was received through informer that a person in village Baghamuda was illegally kept for selling liquor in his shop. According to the information given by the informer, the name and address of the suspect was asked by the police station Pandariya police station, who on inquiry told his name Ram Prasad Chandrakar father Ramkumar Chandrakar age 35 years Sakin Baghamuda police station Pandariya district Kabirdham said the house shop of the said suspect. 32 pavva (5.760 bulk liters) of country plain liquor was recovered, which was seized, after registering an offense under 34(2) Excise Act against the accused, he was arrested, produced before the Hon'ble Court and lodged in jail on remand.

Today on 09.11.2022 another informer information was received that a person is selling liquor in a white colored plastic bag near Tehsil Office Pandariya

After informing the senior officials, going to Tehsil Chowk Pandariya, cordoned off the place told by the informer, the suspect was caught by raid action. 15 pauva country plain liquor (2.700 bulk liters) kept in a plastic bag was recovered, the accused was arrested under 34(1) b Excise Act, the accused was released on a bail bond of a competent surety when the offense was bailable. Gone.
