After the deceased went some distance, the accused Badru signaled to his companions, on the instructions of Badru, the other three accused went after the deceased Dilip and taking advantage of the darkness, pressed the face of the deceased and hit him on the right temple and head with a stone lying on the road. . When the deceased raised his hand in his defense, the accused hit him with a stone on his right wrist, due to which Dilip died on the spot due to serious injury and bleeding. The accused ran away from the spot after the incident. With the help of scientific techniques and on the basis of suspicion by the police, after questioning Bhagwat Jaiswal, Harigopal, Manish Gupta and Badru Jaiswal in detail, after confessing the crime, the four accused were arrested and the stones used and used in the incident at their instance. The motor cycle number CG-10-A-4329 made in I was duly seized. Police station Pachpedi arrested the accused in crime number 104/2023, section 302, 120-B, 34 Bhadvi and produced them in the court, from where all the accused were sent to jail on judicial remand.
