Giving detailed information in this regard, City Superintendent of Police Civil Lines Sandeep Patel told Arvind Tiwari that on March 5, Inspector Dharmendra Vaishnav, in-charge of Anti-Crime Cyber Unit, received information through an informer that a person Pawan Singh Thakur resident of Geetanjali Nagar Uslapur. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, the information of the incident was given to the senior officers, on which, under the guidance of Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur Santosh Kumar Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police, City Bilaspur Rajendra Jaiswal and CSP Civil Lines Sandeep Patel also reached the spot and gave necessary guidelines. The body of the deceased was duly kept in the Sims mortuary for post-mortem and the Marg Panchnama proceedings were conducted on March 6.
