Bilaspur - Inspector General of Police Bilaspur Badri Narayan Meena took a review meeting of the cases registered against the chit fund company in the districts of Bilaspur range today. In the meeting, the nodal officers of all the districts were directed to constitute a special team for the early arrest of the absconding director/official of the company, as well as in the cases where the property is yet to be identified, those located outside the state and outside the state as soon as possible. Instructions were given to mark the immovable properties. In the cases registered against unregulated financial companies, interim attachment, final attachment, auction and refund of investors' money should be reviewed on a daily basis and the process of their attachment should be expedited. Taking the help of local agents, they were directed to get information about the address and property of the absconding accused. The IG directed to discuss with the concerned District Collectors in the meeting of the Monitoring Cell for the property attachment proceedings in the cases of unregulated financial companies and for quick redressal of the complaints received against them in the collector's office. Directed for the early arrest of chit fund accused directors/officials detained in other states and other jails, as well as if there is any problem regarding their arrest, then in the meeting of the Monitoring Cell to be held with the Honorable Court, the problems will be discussed soon. It was directed to be resolved. In this review meeting Mrs. Gayatri Singh from district Sakti, Abhishek Verma from district Korba, Anil Soni from district Janjgir-Champa, Mrs. Pratibha Tiwari from district Mungeli, Rahul Dev Sharma from district Bilaspur, Maheshwar Nag from district Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Deepak from district Raigarh Mishra and Ashok Wadegaonkar from District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi along with Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Deepmala Kashyap and Deputy Superintendent of Police Mrs. Maya Aswal posted in the range office were present.
