Surguja - Under the continuous guidance of Director General of Police Surguja Range Ram Gopal Garg and Superintendent of Police Surguja Bhavna Gupta, a range level one day physical evidence collection training workshop was organized in the auditorium of PG College Surguja. Firstly the workshop was inaugurated by the Inspector General of Police Surguja by lighting the lamp. Thereafter, detailed information was given to the experts about the software Mesa provided by the National Automated Figure Print Identification System. In each case, the investigators trained the arrested criminals to prepare search slips, record slips and collected finger prints, footprints, DNA samples and blood samples of the accused from the crime scene. Training was given regarding sending online National Crime Report Bureau. During the said training workshop, training was given to all the gazetted officers of the district, Crime Investigation Branch (DCB), officers of Public Prosecution Branch and about 150 investigators who came at the range level.
