Recovery of the stolen Mashruka and arrest of the accused On 15.11.2022, the applicant Mithla Maneshwar came to the police station and filed a report that on 15.11.2022, between 10:00 am and 17:00 pm, the lock of the wooden box kept in the room of her house Rs 40,000/- cash kept in the box was stolen by an unknown thief by breaking it, that Section 454, 380 Bhadas against the unknown accused. It was fixed and taken into consideration. During the investigation and detection, Mr. Superintendent of Police Ms. Ankita Sharma Khairagarh Chhuikhadan Gandai, under the direction of Mr. Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Neha Pandey and under the direction of Mr. Police Sub-Divisional Officer Mr. Prashant Khande by Police Station Salhewara Police Staff under the leadership of Sub-Inspector Ramnaresh Yadav During the investigation, on 09.12.2022, suspect Mohan Khairawar father Sukhmannu Khairwar age 27 years Sakin Amgaon police station Salhewara, on detailed questioning regarding the theft, accepted the theft of the said amount on the date of the incident. Out of the amount stolen by the accused, Rs 15500 was hidden in the ground under the wall of his house, which was recovered and accepted to spend the remaining amount. According to the seized amount, after confiscating the seizure sheet, the accused was duly arrested on 09.11.2022 at 14:30 pm and presented in the court of Honorable Judicial Magistrate First Class and sent on judicial remand.
