              The brief description of the case is as follows that the applicant presented a complaint to the District Magistrate, Kabirdham that husband Jitendra Puranik, father Arjun Puranik, age 39, from Sakin Ghotia Road, Kawardha, forcefully enters the house, demands money and if not given, along with the children. Threatens to end his life. Distressed by whose atrocities, he tried to end himself, who has been admitted to the District Hospital Kawardha for treatment. A written application was submitted by the applicant, on which crime number 910/2022 Section-294,452,506B,384 Bhadvi has been registered in police station Kawardha and taken into consideration. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, on the guidance of Mr. Superintendent of Police Mr. Dr. Lal Umend Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police Mrs. Manisha Thakur Rawate, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Chief) Mr. Sanjay Dhurve, Inspector MB. After tracing the accused under the leadership of Patel, the accused Jitendra Puranik has been arrested and sent on judicial remand.
